This chaos, this pain—it led me to believe I was unwanted, unlovable, and that danger was the only familiarity I could trust. I normalized survival and mistook it for living. But I refused to let that story define me.

I shattered that belief system, rewrote my narrative, and built a new reality—one where I owned my worth, stood in my power, and created the life I was meant to live.

I climbed to the top of societal success, becoming CEO of a multiple-hospital system, yet something was missing. I had the title, the accolades, the financial success—but not the fulfillment. Success without authenticity is an illusion, and I refused to live a lie. So I walked away without regret, fully attuned to who I was and who I was becoming.

Now, I help other high achievers shed the shackles of their past, even the ones they aren’t aware of, so that they can reach the highest level of personal fulfillment. As a strategist of personal and organizational empowerment, I help individuals and businesses break free from limiting beliefs and design realities aligned with their greatest potential. I created the Empowerment Revolution because I have lived it. My own life is proof of concept. I have taken every tool, every practice that I deployed on my own behalf and packaged it into a system that is PROVEN to work.
